The cohort is capped on purpose. Small enough that everyone gets real airtime in every session, and that by the end you actually know what everyone else has been building.

Financial support is available if the cost is a real barrier. Say so when you apply and we will sort it out with you.

It can be tiny, personal, practical, or half-formed. You do not need a technical background, a finished idea, or prior AI experience. You do need something you actually want to move forward. 项目可以很小、很私人、很实用，或者还没成形。不需要技术背景，不需要想清楚，也不需要用过 AI。需要的是一件你真的想推进的事。
Attend the gatherings, bring what you are working on including the parts that are stuck, and keep building between sessions. 参加共创，把手上的东西带来，包括卡住的部分，两次共创之间继续做。
Questions
No. You do not need to code, and you do not need prior AI experience. What you need is something you actually want to move forward.

That is what Session 1 is for. It is called Choose What Matters, and you leave it with your own eight-week experiment defined.
第一次共创就是干这个的。它叫 Choose What Matters，结束时你会带着自己的八周实验离开。
Each session is 90 minutes, every other Sunday, 16:00–17:30 Germany time. Plan for about three hours a week in total, counting your own work between sessions.
每次共创 90 分钟，每两周一个周日，德国时间 16:00–17:30。算上两次之间自己做项目的时间，每周大约三小时。
The fee for the Winter Cohort 2026 will be announced shortly. It is one price for everyone. Financial support is available if the cost is a real barrier. Say so when you apply and we will sort it out with you.
2026 冬季共创营的费用会尽快公布，所有人同一个价格。如果费用是真实的障碍，我们有资助名额，申请时说一声即可。
Your spot is confirmed once payment has been received. As this is a small cohort with limited places, we ask participants to commit to the full five-session journey.
Cancellation and refunds
Missed sessions. If you cannot attend a session, that session fee is not refundable. We share the available materials and resources so you can stay on track with the cohort.
Changes or cancellation by us. If we need to reschedule a session, we provide an alternative date. If we cancel the program, you receive a full refund.
Life happens. If you run into exceptional circumstances, reach out and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
