You know what good looks like.
Years of decisions, mistakes, patterns and instincts help you evaluate what AI produces instead of accepting it blindly.
Winter Cohort 2026 · in English · for experienced women
An eight-week live AI build lab for women who have already lived, led, worked and made decisions, and are ready to turn that experience into something useful, visible, or valuable with AI.
25 October to 20 December 2026. Free introductory workshop on Sunday 11 October.
No coding · No tech performance · Human guidance throughout
Not starting over
You are not a beginner at life. AI is the new tool, not the source of your value.
Years of decisions, mistakes, patterns and instincts help you evaluate what AI produces instead of accepting it blindly.
Your professional knowledge, interests and lived experience are raw material no generic prompt library can provide.
The goal is not to automate your humanity. It is to use AI deliberately, on your terms, for work and life that matter.
How AI literacy grows
Capability and agency grow together. Branches are what you can do with AI; roots are how you show up, and they keep you steady.
A tall tree with shallow roots falls over. Skills without agency don't last, so we grow both.
The outcome
This is not a tour of AI tools. You bring one real idea, challenge, or unfinished project and move it forward through focused experiments.
Concrete enough to demonstrate, use with a client, share with a colleague, or keep developing.
A tested process, not a one-off trick, that you can keep using after the cohort.
Built around your voice, standards, context and actual work.
Know what to check, what not to share, and when human judgment must stay in the lead.
A short final demonstration that makes your new capability visible, to yourself and to others.
Real human support
We make room for unfinished thinking, awkward first attempts, honest questions, and the feedback that helps work become real.
Five facilitated sessions where you can ask, test, share your screen, and work through what is actually blocking you.
A group of 6 to 12 women means everyone gets airtime, and everyone benefits from the room's accumulated experience.
A private shared space for experiments, questions, small wins, useful resources and accountability between sessions.
Five live sessions · eight weeks
Live 90-minute sessions happen every other week, in English, at times that work for the U.S. and Europe. Between them, you apply what you learned to your own project with the group alongside you.
The one thing worth eight weeks, and your first small step.

Questions
No. This is a nontechnical build lab. You need curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and something you would genuinely like to move forward.
You can arrive with a tension, an idea, a recurring task, or an unfinished thought. The free workshop and the first session help you shape it into a manageable eight-week experiment.
No. Some women use the lab to strengthen their current work; others build a service, a creative project, a community idea, a personal system, or a next-career experiment.
The cohort runs from 25 October to 20 December 2026, online and in English, at times that work for both U.S. and European time zones. Exact session times go to applicants before enrollment opens.
The tool depends on the project. We prioritize accessible, general-purpose AI tools and transferable ways of thinking, not loyalty to one platform.
Because support changes when you are known. With 6 to 12 women, everyone can bring unfinished work, receive useful attention, and learn from every other project in the room.
